Cowen Truck Line Driver Named to 2022 NASTC Driver of the Year Team

Congratulations Cowen Truck Line driver, Linda Kaczur for being named to 2022 TEAM NASTC.  Linda was one of 16 drivers honored at the Annual NASTC convention October 20-22  in Nashville, Tennessee.   With the theme, LIVING THE AMERICAN DREAM,  Linda was treated to a weekend that included speakers, learning sessions and of course top-notch country music. 

Linda is a fifteen-year veteran truck driver with 1,700,000 accident-free miles.  Linda Kaczur loves trucks.  She loves engines and transmissions and helping other truckers with truck maintenance issues.  Linda loves not just trucks but trucking.  She loves the freedom of the open road and not being tied down to a desk.  Seeing new sites and having unique experiences is a highlight for Linda as a truck driver.  Linda attributes her love of trucking to family and friends who worked in the trucking industry and encouraged her career. 

Her passion for this industry has translated into Linda being at the top of the leader board in fuel mileage, dash cam scores, performance bonus and miles driven at Cowen Truck Line.  Linda was the unanimous choice for the 2021 Driver of the Year at Cowen.

Linda’s calm, professional demeanor has allowed her to thrive and excel in the trucking industry.  Operations at Cowen Truck Line appreciate Linda’s communication skills and her on-time delivery mind set. A self-described “organization freak,” Linda’s attention to detail has served her well as a top-notch truck driver.

In her spare time Linda is the host of many family feasts.  She loves to cook, bake, and read in her spare time. 

NASTC, The National Association of Small Trucking Companies, has 15,000 members, comprising companies from one driver to 300 drivers.  Cowen Truck Line has had 12 drivers named to TEAM NASTC since 2000.
