Cowen Names 2022 Employees of the Year

Congratulations to one of the 2022 Employees of the Year DEBBIE THOMAS.

“Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep the postman from their rounds.” This describes Debbie Thomas perfectly.

Her perfect attendance started in high school and has continued into her working career. Always early, never late is her motto! Debbie has billed approximately 290,000 invoices accurately during her 25-year career at Cowen. She is well known for keeping all the driver’s paperwork in order and our trailers correct in the system.

Rob Wilbert is always willing to take on new challenges at Cowen Truck Line. His problem-solving skills are helpful in meeting customer needs and reflecting a positive image for Cowen Truck Line.

He is continuously producing new ideas to do a job better. Rob has played an active role on the safety committee and has done an excellent job in training new employees. He is a top-notch mechanic and one of the best welders his manager has ever seen.
